Our service department has a long-standing reputation for keeping our clients’ machines up and running. Our depth of experience evolves from our practice of subletting very few aspects of a repair job.

  • “In house” repairs include grinding of valves & seats, diesel injector testing & reconditioning, repair of Roosa Master injection pumps – hydraulic pumps – starters & generators – hydrostatic transmissions – hydraulic cylinders and minor fabrication.
  • Of course, we also do the typical repairs to engines, transmissions, gearboxes, PTO shafts and other general repairs.
  • We make hydraulic hoses from ¼ - ¾ inch inside diameter.

Some of the more unique offerings our shop provides are reconditioning or exchange of:

  • The older Allis Chalmers piston hydraulic pumps
  • AC 7000 or 8000 series range shift cover assembly – with modifications to prevent repeat problems
  • Fairbanks Morse magnetos
  • Carburetors
  • A “reversible” lock up for the Allis model CA hand clutch

Our service truck is equipped with an air compressor, welder, torches and an array of tools – so many repairs can be done on site!

If you are local to us, bring in your “removed” mower blades for any brand lawn machine and we will sharpen them for $1 per blade – while you wait, if desired.

Our service techs attend multiple training schools and webinars each year and have done so for decades. Our shop library has training manuals extending back to the 1980s but we are also on top of the latest technology for the brands we sell… such as electronic fuel injection in both gasoline & diesel engines, diesel exhaust filter regeneration and electro-hydraulic controls.

While we do take pride in our experience and abilities, we are only human and do make occasional mistakes. When that does happen, we will go the extra mile to make things right. We try to always put ourselves “in the customer’s shoes”.
