"I just finished restoring my 1976 Allis Chalmers 720. I just can't say enough about the fine folks at Sandy Lake. Brenda has been wonderful, her knowledge in the parts department has been incredible. My parts have always arrived promptly and correct. She has went out of her way to help me everytime I call. I had a show that I wanted to put my tractor in and she made sure I had what I needed in time to be there. I won't go anywhere else for parts for my A.C! I also want to thank Bill for taking the time to help me with an electrical issue during the restoration. The previous owner had really made a mess of the wiring and Bill went thru the shematics with me to resolve my problem. He also helped me with some carburator issues, and now she runs great. Living 5 hours away, he was able to diagnose these issues over the phone. Now that's service! His knowledge is second to none."

"Called and spoke to Brenda. I ordered a lift shaft bushing for my CA. When the package came I opened it and there were Cam shaft bushings instead. I sent an e-mail over the week end explaining that I had received the wrong part. Brenda very politely explained that the part had been superseded to this cam bushing and that it will work. It not only works but due to the hole in the cam bushing I can drill the housing and install a grease fitting and not have to worry about this one wearing out. Brenda, please accept my apologies for ever doubting your expertise.."
